"I wanted to thank you, Clive, and your team for the best dock experience ever!! Right from dealing with you at the fall 2011 Cottage Life Show, to delivery in the Spring of 2012, to seeing you again at the show the following Spring...our dealing with Interco Fabrications has been such a positive experience.

We felt that we got a fair and honest price from you, we were happy with how you went over the details with us and our expectations. The delivery was impressive...Ben showed up earlier than anticipated (how many contractors do that?!), with a smile on his face and proceeded to eagerly help us get everything off the trailer and lined up for installation (which was really simple - we had the whole thing installed in about 3 hours).

Through using it all that summer, we did determine that because we had ordered such a large size for the end, the middle of that section did flex a little when the "big boys" walked there. We mentioned this in passing when seeing you at the next trade show - and were told that you would come up with a fix for us. Well, did you ever! We expected maybe a small bracket that we would attach to a spare leg and foot that you had given us with the original deck...but no, you guys went over and above again, and produced a whole new leg attachment (bracket, leg, foot) that looks like it's strong enough to hold an elephant!

We're so impressed with the service we've received from you...you supplied exactly what we wanted, for a decent price, delivered when promised and went out of your way to make sure we were happy with everything. We make sure to tell everyone on our lake (and anyone in the market for a dock) to call you if they're looking for a great, reliable dock company.
