What a pleasure it was to deal with the team at Interco! My first purchase from Interco was an enclosed trailer, in Spring of 2013. Their price was very competitive but the big difference was the effort they made while on the phone to ensure that I was getting the towing solution that would fully meet my needs. Where other vendors were ready to sell me whatever I asked for, the Interco sales staff took the time to discover in detail exactly how I would be using the trailer. Fortunately for me, they realized that the 6’ wide trailer I was asking for would have been inadequate and suggested a more appropriate model. Knowing I had a tight schedule with a long day of travel ahead of me, they met me at their retail location well before their regular opening time to fully go over the trailer I was purchasing. The new side-by-side ATV I picked up on my next stop fit into the trailer, and, there was enough extra width to allow me to get in and out and enough height to accommodate the roll bar. Whew!
While at their retail location, I discovered that Interco also manufactures and sells docks. So, a few weeks later, after discovering that the lake ice had destroyed the customized docking system at my cottage, I decided to call Interco again. Even though there were other dock vendors located much closer to my cottage, the quality of the buying experience with my trailer suggested I should also give Interco an opportunity to propose a solution for my new dock. Even with the extra travel involved, Interco’s solution was the most cost-effective and the best bang for my buck. Again, the quality of the service from start to finish was absolutely outstanding. The installation was completed on time, all scrap materials were removed and all of my questions, even long after the installation was completed, were answered thoroughly and promptly.
Congratulations to Clive, Ben, Bob and the entire team at Interco! I recommend your products and services without any hesitation. Interco is a model for how all businesses ought to operate.
